3D classic or 3D and Materials

I am using Illustrator 2022 on an HP i7 laptop with 40 GB of ram. I have no 3D in the Effects dropdown. It's not grayed out or anything. It's just not there. No rotate, no anything. Can anyone tell me how to get to it please?

Try uninstall and reinstall without keeping preferences. (make first backups of swatches brushes, workspaces and other customized items)

Thanks. That did it. Don't know why it wasn't there though. I've only had CC in this machine for a couple of weeks since the other system went south. Anyway, thanks again.
