3D functions not working

They are helpless. I have the same issue, classic 3D is working, but the new one is not. This has been going on for more than a year, yet they've still increased the subscription price. Well done, guys, working for the community as usual.

1. Check your computer's GPU performance to ensure it meets the minimum system requirements for real-time preview of 3D effects.
2. Make sure you are not stacking multiple 3D effect instances on an object, as this is not supported. If you attempt to add a 3D effect to an object which already has a 3D effect applied, you will get an error message.
3. Try enabling the Real-time drawing preference to work optimally with 3D effects.
4.  Try updating the GPU drivers if you are using a Windows computer, or the OS if on a Mac.
5. If none of the above steps work, you may want to try resetting Illustrator preferences to default settings by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
   Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may save a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.
