3D Inflate Issue

Hi, I just want to ask why there are chances that 3D inflate doesn't work in Illustrator. When it comes to small and basic designs, there is no problem, it renders well, but when I increase the size of the canvas, the illustrator crashes. The specs of my PC are below.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics 3.90 GHz
32.0 GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

Can you please tell us, just how large the object is?

And how complex?

And what are the issues with Inflate?

Hello Monika, the canvas is 9 x 4 inches. The designs are mug designs. There will be an error window pop up saying "We've hit a roadblock! There isn't enough available memory (RAM). Try to update Illustrator and your graphics card to the latest version and restart the computer."

This looks like you have a lot of paths. Can it be simplified?

9x4 inches is the artboard, not the canvas. Do you have multiple designs in the file?

3D needs a lot of RAM. See that you can simplify and also free up RAM on your computer. Reboot the system and launch only Illustrator, not even your browser.
