3D materials asset corrupted the system

Hi,

I added a 3D materials asset from 3D party to adobe illustrator and it crashed the program.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe illustrator but the program continues to crash when I try to open the 3D effects window.

 

Please help!

That's weird. The affected materials should be gone after uninstalling.

Maybe you need to run the Cleaner tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
