3D Not working

whenever i use the inflate tool in illustrator, the image turns to white. it only works when each object is individual, but even then, the background turns white. I am not sure how to fix it. im using illustrator '23. pls help 🙏

    I've found the issue. The ppi was set to 300 instead of 72, not sure why it took so long for me to notice.

    Try to reset preferences. May be that can help.

    It's still not working... only the background turns transparent. when i adjust the properties it shows but disappears again.

    Please show Before and after.

    Please show the Layers panel with objects in it and the Appearance panel with objects selected.

    Here are some screenshots of my entire illustrator, im not sure what im doing wrong. I've expanded the objects before grouping them, turns white. When i group only the foreground objects, it turns white. only when everything is ungrouped, and the background is deselected does it work properly.
