3D tool Illustrator

Hi, I’m having an issue with Illustrator when I try to open and use the 3D tool.

I have an MSI Raider GE78 with a recently new Nvidia 4070 graphics card. I wanted to test the 3D tool’s performance, so I downloaded some 3D texture materials from the website Illustrator recommends. I think I overloaded the program by downloading too many materials and loading them all at once. After that, Illustrator got stuck processing and eventually crashed. Now, every time I try to open the 3D tool, the same thing happens—it crashes.

I’ve reinstalled Illustrator multiple times, used Adobe Cloud Cleaner to remove my entire Adobe package, and even deleted all plugins, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help me? I need this tool to move forward with my work. 😞
