9-slice Symbol future request

Like this feature, but, I frequently need to work with other shapes that need to say keep the top or the side and have the rest of the body extend (not just the corners).  Could you create a SIMILAR TOOL, that you could keep certain zones like Top half, right half, bottom half, left half? This would let me use more of your templates for my work.
