A big file just crushed, all pics are blank, i can see only frames of pictures, please help

Hi all, i was working on design of roll up (big file) and that just happen,

I already tried to close and open again, also unchecked the GPU performance.

What interesting is, that when i save the file like a pdf, its show all things like in a regular view

Please help me, someone now what to do?
