Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I know how frustrating it can be when a font shows up but doesn't work. Could you confirm which version of Illustrator you're using and your operating system details? Also, is this font from Adobe Fonts or installed from a third-party source?

Try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and signing back in to see if that helps. If the issue continues, please try clearing your font cache following the steps here: https://adobe.ly/3H3n6UN

Also, try reactivating the font from the Creative Cloud app and let me know if that works.
