A more descriptive word or phrase

By making countless paths I created an illustration, of which is shown partially below.

Although it was, in fact, made using Illustrator, a completely digital application, I am reluctant to describe it as a "computer generated" artwork. This is because the computer was not, in any way, whom decided which and where each color should be applied; that was all my job.

I am trying to think of an alternative word or phrase, that would better describe how my body of artworks are produced in a more descriptive manner. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Trains,

How about computer aided painting/art/creation/other term?

This would correspond to computer aided design (and correspondingly manufacturing).
