A tela de Inicial nao aparece e nao me deixar abrir ou salvar um novo documento

Sempre quando abrimos o illustrator se inciar com a tela inicial com os trabalhos recentes e etc, e ja nao aparece como antes, e quando quero abrir uma nova mesa de trabalho nao me deixa e tambem quando vou SALVAR COMO segue igual, me aparece a opcao de clicar mas eu clico e nao acontece nada, por agora estou salvando como copia. Depois de 3 anos essa é a primeira vez que me acontece.

Hello @grfilmsmallorca,

Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

 

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

 

- Relaunch Illustrator

Estou com esse mesmo problema, mas no meu caso ainda não consegui resolver.

  1. Your exact OS version and Illustrator version
  2. A brief screen recording of your workflow and where the problem occurs

Also, please try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and share what you observe:
