Hello, is there a way to copy the handles of of an object? or a way to draw curves with the pen tool to follow another object curves without having to manipulate handles? like the magnetic pen tool in photoshop.

You can select the anchor points along the curve with the direct selection tool and then copy those path segments. Paste in front to get them into the exact same position, then join.
