About cancelling , important

I have two plan in my acc, I pay 2 months then I didn't use the adobes apps+ didn't pay, then I create new account and pay a year plan but I can't join in to creative cloud because he refused to delete my previous account, I'm a student, I will start my study but I can't!

Is your account managed by your scholl's IT? In that case they could perhaps help.
