Hello all,
Where can I buy the illustrator cc version

I can only find a normal version on the official website.

Are they are the same?

As was mentioned, the current version of Illustrator is part of CC (Creative Cloud) that you pay by subsciption, month to month and you get any updates while you're in your subbscription. Here is a link to plans:

The CC version is the only version. It is no longer explicitly called 'CC'.

Before 2020, version were referred to as 'CC 20XX'. Now they are referred just by year/version number (current is 2021/25).
