hola, ya compré mi plan y descargué las aplicaciones per cuando quiero abrir alguna, me sale como si aún no lo hubiese comprado. y envío la solicitud de acceso y no me solucionan nada. Tampoco me sale el botón para hablar con el administrador que debe activar el acceso.

It seems that there are two profiles associated with your account: one using a Federated ID and another under your personal account. This dual-profile setup might be causing the issue where your purchase isn't recognized.
