Active subscription/ Purchased Illustrator or Creative Cloud apps appear as trial versions
I have an active subcription for Illustrator (the money is going out of my account monthly), however, I tried to open it today and a message popped up saying my trial has ended. Now I can't access it anymore and I don't know how to resolve this issue. I tried to uninstall the app and then reinstall it from my adobe account (using the same email address all the time) but it always shows the same message. I tried to cancel my plan to subscribe to a new one but adobe will charge me £69.99 as an early cancellation fee which I don't want to pay as I'm actively paying to use Illustrator. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue or how to contact adobe then please let me know. Thank you for your help in advance!
