Adding 2 different page structures with the logo?

Hello I want to add 2 different page structures to the illlustrator landing page. There are 10 graphic designers using the macos operating system at my workplace. The opening of my request to make these opening pages is that we are mounting on 2 different machine systems with 2 different sizes. I visually indicated the shape I wanted about the subject. How can I do this?

You cannot change the display of the documents in that dialog. You can create New document profiles and give them an appropriate name. But your custom New document profiles would appear way down and it's a nuisance having to first click on the View all presets button and then  scroll down to your documents all the time.
