Adding a border to an image

Hi All,

 

Anyone know how to add a white border around the image below?

 

I would like the a white outline on the image and not a white (square) border.

 

Hope that makes sense

    Hi. If that image is a vector, you can select the Tower and add a border (you can follow the instructions in the link provided by rishabh). If the image is a bitmap, you need to draw the border with a tool like the Pen tool.
