Adding a color group permanently

Hi all, I tried to look for it in this forum but couldn't find it.

I'm trying to add a color group permanently so I don't have to recreate it for every project but I can't figure out how to do it. Can anyone help me?

You can do that by editing new document profiles or creating your own:

This indeed works like a charm but is there also a way to add a color group to existing projects? I have a lot of graphics that were made in the colors of our company but the colorscheme changed so I have to adjust all. Adding the new colors to each and every one is really time consuming.
