Adding Accent & Cedille on French and Spanish Names?

I need to add the accent on various names.

Also the cedille on the "c" in Francois

There's got to be an easy way using such an amazing program like Ai...

Type them the usual way on your keyboard.

If you cannot remember the keystrokes or your keyboard language is not ready for that, you can use the Glyphs panel.
