Adding theme to swatches document swatches doesn't work Adobe Illustrator CC

Hello all, I have a system error I presume with my AI. Basically when I right click swatched in my CC libraries and go add theme to swatches it creates 1 pink 'spot color' swatch instead of importing all the swatches from the group. I have tried reseting my AI preferences and restarting it but it still happens. Not sure as to whether this is something I should contact Adobe about?
