Adobe Capture images in Illustrator

Lately, I have not been able to open up Adobe Capture images in Illustrator. Any explanation as to why? I've tried restarting my computer, restarting Illustrator, restarting everything...The images used to just pop up in my library on Illustrator after I sent them from my phone.
