Adobe CC Library after PC rebuild

Hi

I need to upgrade my PC's HDD that runs the PC.

So in order to do this, I will need to do a fresh install of Windows on a new HDD (C:).

My question is what will happen to my Adobe CC Libraby files as they are currently on the C:

Will they be reinstated/ Resynced onto the new harddrive automatically?

Do I need to back up the libraries first?

I have a very large library and to loose it would cripple my business completely 😞

What is the best practice regarding the libraries during a PC rebuild/ upgrade like this.

Thank you in advance 🙂

Always make a backup, (maybe even 2 on different hard disks)!

    Thank you.

Is it just a matter of copying the files from this folder:

    C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

Then Copying them back into the same location on the new HDD?

Are the library files not encoded or something?

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the Creative Cloud Files folder that syncs the file it contains to the Creative Cloud storage.

Your CC Libraries are always synced and will appear when you log-in to the Creative Cloud on you new machine.

I don't know of a way to backup them locally.

Maybe better to ask here first:
