Adobe Color Themes Is Blank in Illustrator CC 2020

Hi!
I'm a student using a student computer so I can't change any computer settings!
I was following a Brain Buffet tutorial on how to use Color Themes when my Color Themes panel suddenly went blank. Obviously, this isn't the end of the world and it's not a terribly important question but it would be great to know that I didn't screw anything up 🙂 I would ask my teacher but she's been out for the past two weeks so I've decided to ask the other team of professionals! Thanks for all your help!
