Question

Adobe creative Cloud is blocking my T-Mobile Internet and causing the program to freeze

An internet search says "Switching to T-Mobile Home Internet often introduces IPv6 or DNS

routing mismatches with Adobe's Content Delivery Network

So far I changed DNS Server, reset CC, had my lap top alone on my internet, created a static IP address, changed routers, & restarted computer.

.ai files open but can barely move elements in the file & it freezes. the spinning wheel of death. Then if you try to save it will freeze  until it says "Illustrator not responding" in the force quit window.

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to Ton’s suggestions, please try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or using a mobile hotspot to see if the problem persists. If yes, try the suggestions shared here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/licensing-activation-issues/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html) and let us know how it goes.

    It does not work on a personal hotspot either. I wasn’t able to try the suggestions in your link because it kept freezing up my entire computer now. 
    I uninstalled, creative cloud and reinstalled it and nothing is working. It just keeps completely freezing.


    Thank you for the help. If it works tomorrow I’ll follow the steps in your link.

    also, my computer has tons of all kinds of memory.

    It will let me open an .ai file with the internet off but then it completely freezes again and is not responding. And the computer is making loud noises
