Adobe Font Activation Problems

I downloaded the Adobe program through the company's external network and activated the Adobe font. In reality, the program is used through the internal network, but I only release the firewall blocker when downloading the program and activating the font, and then block the firewall again after this task is finished. When I open the program, the font is not activated. Is this because the firewall is blocked?
