Adobe Illustrator 2025 version broken pencil tool

W nowej wersji Illustratora narzędzie do rysowania (ważne narzędzie w mojej pracy (tablet WACOM) jest całkowicie zepsute. Nie reaguje na zmianę ustawienia exact-smooth i nie zamyka ścieżki. Na ustawieniach „exact” rysuje bardzo uproszczone kształty - co dyskwalifikuje to narzędzie. W poprzedniej wersji te funkcje działały dobrze.

Our product team has tried fixing this problem with the latest update for Illustrator. Would you mind updating Illustrator to check if it helps resolve the problem?

Unfortunately the 29.1 has not helped my problems.

the tactile aspect of the pensil has completed been disrupted by this update and i would request programers to kindly revert back to the old pencil where you can literally draw lines of any shape , start and and end with out it being forced to smoothen itself in to something not required. I hate it when if start another stroke the previous one gets deleated. In future please dont force updates in areas that is not required just to show the managent there has been an update... It has cost me alot of unnessary time trying cope with this and has cost me money on my projects.

In the new version of Illustrator, the drawing tool (an important tool in my work (WACOM tablet) is completely broken. It does not respond to changing the exact-smooth setting and does not close the path. On the "exact" settings, it draws very simplified shapes - which disqualifies this tool. In the previous version, these functions worked well.
