Adobe Illustrator 28.3 and 28.41 Not Responding on Work Laptop

Whenever I open Illustrator I have a grey window for about 30 then goes white then met with "not responding" and I will have to manually close it. I have just received an HP ZBook Studio 16-inch G10 Mobile Workstation PC.

I have come from MAC so relearning a lot of small things.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
