Adobe Illustrator 30.1 Bibliotheken crash

Die Bibliotheken in Adobe Illustrator 30.1 hängen sich nach einer Zeit auf.

Dies geschieht bei mir wenn ich Illustrator minimiere und kurze Zeit nicht verwende.

Alle Knöpfe im Bedienfeld sind dann ohne Funktion.

Nach Neustart von Illustrator funktioniert Bibliotheken wieder für einige Zeit.

@Zb-EH If the library database is slightly corrupted, it will freeze every time it tries to "sync" after a period of inactivity. Close Illustrator and all Adobe apps.

PC: C:\\Users\\[Username]\\AppData\\Roaming\\Adobe\\Creative Cloud Libraries
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries

Now, delete the contents of the Library or Cache folder inside. Now, go ahead and relaunch Illustrator. It will take a minute to re-sync your assets from the cloud, but this often fixes persistent freezes.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I hope Creative Explorer's suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, please try the following steps and check if it helps:

Close all Adobe applications
Remove the Creative Cloud Desktop application, CCLibrary, and CoreSync using the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (https://adobe.ly/4s5CZNe)
Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application (https://adobe.ly/4sbOMtJ)
Relaunch Illustrator

Hallo, erst einmal vielen Dank für die schnellen Lösungsvorschläge.

Leider haben beide Vorschläge in meinem Fall nicht funktioniert.

Ich habe zusätzlich sogar auch Illustrator komplett gelöscht und erneut installiert.

Leider tritt der Fehler immer noch auf. Manchmal dauert es länger erst nach dem Ruhezustand und manchmal auch schneller.

Evtl. Müsste ich das System komplett neu aufsetzen.

Zusätzlich zu dem Fehler fällt auf, dass wenn man eine Bibliothek geöffnet hat und dann über den Pfeil unter dem Menü-Schriftzug Bibliothek zurück möchte, der Mauszeiger sich nicht zu einem Zeigefinger verändert. Dies war so in Illustrator 2024 und man sah sofort, das man den zurückpfeil anklicken kann. Dieser hover effekt fehlt in Illustrator 2026.

Die Bibliotheken in Illustrator 2024 funktionieren immer noch einwandfrei und es friert nichts ein.
