Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 crashes while opening

Hi everyone,

     I am facing a problem with my Illustrator CC 2018. Whenever I start the application, the splash screen appears (as normal) but after that the Illustrator window opens showing only the menu bar and the dark gray background for 2-4 seconds and then crashes.

     I have tried re-installing the application and disabling my graphics but nothing seem to work. Please help me with this.

Try and reset the preferences.
