Hello, is it allowed to use color palletes from Illustrator in outside AI art applications (not Illustrator)?

Hello, thanks for your reply. I wanted to know if I could use the color
features inside of Adobe Illustrator (including Recolor Artwork, Color
Guide panel, Color Modification, etc.)?
