Adobe illustrator crash and black screen

Hello, I was just searching because I experienced the same problem. I've tried following some tutors on youtube, but it still failed. I was just wondering if you already solve your issue? (thanks beforehand)

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue.
