Adobe Illustrator Crashing When Opening

Hi. Illustrator keeps crashing on me everytime I open or create a new file. I updated the app and restarted my computer and it still crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still crashes. I just keep getting a report. Is this happening to anyone else or is it just me? Is there there anyway to actually contact someone at Adobe for help? I have a college project I need to finish asap.

Lets start with the basics -

How much local HD space do you have available?

What is your system information - OS, RAM, Graphics Cards, VRAM, etc.

Have you been filing your report with the email address associated with your forum ID?

OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Home

RAM - 4.00 GB (3.87 GB usable)
Graphics Card - Intel(R) HD Graphics 610
VRAM - 128 MB

Your RAM and Graphics card and VRAM do not meet the minimum requirements to run any Adobe software.

You wont be able to run Illustrator on this machine.

Is a printer connected? Are all your fonts OK?

I don't have a printer connected. I think my fonts are okay

As for the fonts: Illustrator is very prissy about fonts. So you might want to check them. In case you have a Mac, the Font Application can do that.

As for the printer: Illustrator always looks for a printer when opening a file. Creating a new file is a similar operation. If possible, try and install a PDF printer.

Have you run the Adobe Cleaner tool between uninstall and reinstall? Did you already reset the preferences? (this will erase all your settings)
