Adobe Illustrator crush when i close the application

hi i need your help, 

i have a adobe ilustrator and i have a big issue, every time when i close the Adobe Ilustrator v29.6, adobe stuck and appear status not responding.

if o go to the task manager appear a error windows reporting error also with the status not responding .

ps: my computer has the next component  Intel Xeon E5 2620  ( 2 proc), 256 GB ram, 2x Nvme 1TB, Gpu Nvida Qatro P4000 4 GB 

if you have any solution please tell me

Thanks for reaching out and sharing the details.

Just to get a clearer picture, could you let me know if this issue happens with all files or only with a specific file? Also, when Illustrator freezes on closing, do you happen to see the Adobe Crash Reporter dialog box (usually a pop-up asking you to submit a crash report)? If yes, please go ahead and submit the report and kindly share your email address with me via DM so I can help get it checked with the team. Reference:Crash report steps – Illustrator

Additionally, could you check if the issue still occurs when you start the system in Safe Mode or under a new local admin user account? This can help us figure out if the crash is being triggered by some background process or system configuration. Reference:

Hi thanks for your fast answer,

The issue appear all the time ( also if i open program without any project), regarding crash report this one don't appear.

In safe mode don't appear this error.

Also i change the username form pc, for a many times, i test with a local admin and with a domanin admin.

All drivers its up to date.

I don't think we have  software conflict with AI

Hello @bogdan_9727,

If you are able to use Illustrator under Safe Mode, chances are a third-party program/plugin/antivirus is interfering with Illustrator. To check this, kindly try removing all programs from your Startup Items and then reboot your computer after enabling one program at a time to find the interrupting application.
