Adobe Illustrator CS4 Error:5

Question

Hello. I have Adobe Creative Suite 4 Web Premium CDs. I wanted to install Adobe Illustrator on my new laptop, but there is no CD reader on my new laptop. I tried to install the programs on the old laptop and transfer them to the new computer with the help of USB Memory. photoshop works fine but illustrator gives Error:5
Can you help me?

That procedure is not possible.On top of that: the activation servers for CS4 have been shut down. So even if you find a way to install, you can still not use it. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite.html?promoid=19SCDRQK
