Adobe Illustrator cs6 from design and web premium

I downloaded the design and web premium cs6 from the adobe website, now my Illustrator says that it is missing a file in a dll file. how can i fix this without redownloading the whole web premium again because I already did that 3 times Illustrator just won't work, all the other programs work perfect.

    Would you mind giving more details about the missing dll file, like what is the complete name of it? Example: msvcr110.dll

    Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details, including the correct full error message. Posting truncated info and simply assuming someone would know the answer "because it must happen all the time to others" is not useful in any way.
