Adobe Illustrator CS6 has stopped working! FAULT MODULE NAME: layers panel.aip

Hi guys, I don't know how to solve this one out since it has been happening too much and have just installed AI a few days ago.

So my AI keeps on crashing. I am using Windows 7. Its frustrating since it jus happens randomly which leaves my

files unsaved!! All those hour-long work for nothing.
