Adobe Illustrator Download on Dell Inspiron 3420

Hello! Recently I got a new laptop which is a Dell Inspiron 3420. I have tried to download certain adobe apps like adobe illustrator, but when I attempt to download it, I get a message saying "There was a problem installing illustrator" and "Illustrator is not yet available for your device". But, when I view Adobe's website it says Illustrator "works on this device" with a green check. Additionally, I contacted Dell who said illustrator should be able to run on my laptop. Does anyone know if Illustrator actually can run on my new computer? If it can, any ideas on what I can do? Thanks!

Adobe Illustrator currently does not have native support for ARM-based processors like the Snapdragon series. It's primarily designed to run on x64 architecture, which is different from ARM.

 

In this case, Illustrator may not work on your device, and this is likely the reason you're encountering difficulties with the installation. Except Photoshop & Lightromm no other Adobe app will run on your device.
