Adobe illustrator Dragging and stuttering issues

When I click or drag an element, there is a chance of lagging and the element will stick to the mouse, requiring re-selection of its position. This greatly affects the smoothness of drawing. How can this be resolved? My computer is MacBook Pro with M1 and the software version is 28.5

Do you have a window manager installed? Magnet, Rectangle or the like? They do not play well with Illustrator and need to be deactivated when you run Illustrator.
