Adobe Illustrator Exports Flipped Files

Dear fellow Adobe users,

Something weird is going on. When I export a PNG at work (when we store files in a Dropbox folder), it creates multiple variants. Flipped, empty files, very weird.

If I do this at home, or if I don't do this on the Dropbox server, nothing is wrong. I can't find the problem myself. Does anyone have a possible solution?

I will upload an attachment, in which you can see the files (white previews) that I have not exported. I just find it weird..

Hi @Jarno de Jongh don't save directly to an active Dropbox folder.

This is well documented on this forum.

With a live active sync dropbox is trying to sync temp files, etc. and corrupts assets.

Either turn off sync while working in the folder or save local and drag into the sync location.

You might check whether updating the system, the Dropbox app and Illustrator gets you any further, but maybe this just won't work. In that case what you can do is just not exporting directly into the Dropbox folder.
