Adobe Illustrator Freezing or Hanging at Launch - Unable to Start the Application
It is unbelievable that after years of being a loyal Adobe customer, I’m facing constant freezes in Adobe Illustrator. The software hangs right at the start, making it impossible to work efficiently.
I’m a professional designer with over two decades of experience, and I’ve maintained my CC account since its inception. I only use the Pantone Connect plugin. My question to Adobe is: when are you going to look out for your users? We pay for a service that is supposed to be stable. If a clean, paid install can't handle a simple launch, what are we actually paying for?
