Adobe illustrator Generative AI follow-up promts?

I really like the vector based generative AI feature but I find it limited in the sense that it stops being useful once it could get really really good. Meaning that until now I only find the option to generate one prompt and then

re-write it completely not being able to refine and refine more. Is there a feature or a possibility to follow-up on these prompts?

like "this is great now please rotate the right arm

on that person to point upwards", "great, now make the thumb on that hand standing out" etc. 

Kind of more of like a contextual type prompting similar to ChatGPt.
