Adobe illustrator is not giving any reaction

Hi, I have a big issue. When I open Illustrator, the program is not reacting on anything. I can't open a doc, can't create a new doc. Its not reacting at all. I updated microsoft and Illustrator is also up-to-date. What can I do? I work with illustrator 2023, on Microsoft environment.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the suggestions shared by sishamIAGD helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly the following steps and share your observations:

  • Close all Adobe applications
  • Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old
  • Relaunch Illustrator
