Hi everyone!

I have an issue right now with Adobe illustrator CC 2017 (also happens with CC2018). I can't use it cause it's very slowly,When I do zoom in/out it's super slowly.

If I use the GPU option it gets worst cause it breaks all my illustrations.

I have a MACOS High Sierra 10.13.3

13 inch 3,1 GHz Intel Core i5

Intel Iris plus graphics 650 1536 MB

Macintosh HD

8GB

Any advice will be helpful!

Thank you!

Federico

If  you create a new file and  draw a few shapes and this is slow the reset your OOBE per step 5

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel

If your artwork is complex, please post a screenshot.

I would have recommended to stay in Sierra, but since you are in High Sierra make sure you have 10.13.3.

    More thorough Reset your preferences.

Temporarily Rename This Folder (incase one of your other preferences is corrupted)

    HD\Users\(user name)\Library\Preferences\Adobe Illustrator CS4 Settings

    /Users//Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 17 Settings/en_US*/Adobe Illustrator Prefs

    Reset your other preferences
Finder (Hold down Option) >> Choose Library >> got to this folder

    Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator 19/

rename Adobe Illustrator 19 to Adobe Illustrator 19 old

    Thanks for your response.

Adobe was working fine until today. Even when I create a new file everything works very slow.

Yesterday I connected my Mac with the printer for the first time, It's an HP printer...I don't know.

I will follow your notes, I will try by reinstalling the creative cloud.

    Thanks

If was working good those suggestions should help, and restart your computer also.

I have pretty much this Macbook. Only with an i7, 16 GB RAM and Sierra instead of High Sierra.

    No issues with that one.
