Adobe Illustrator keep reopening when i close

hello, please help me, why my AI keep reopening everytime i close the app?and it keep loading,, and i need to force stop AI by task manager, please someone help me

i already reinstall a few times, but it still the same

hello, sadly my problem still the same. But i want to ask you,

i dont have wacom i had another brand for pen tablet called veikk, but may i ask. why it says 'enable wacom' instead of pen tablet that i using? (disclaimer, another person have used my PC and they install wacom. but i already uninstalled it)

I think the "Enable Wacom" label is generic for enabling graphics tablet use.

Do you have any custom settings in Windows Startup? In other words, is Illustrator set to launch automatically when you boot up your computer? If so you might try disabling that to see if it solves the problem.
