ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR - NOISE REDUCTION

Hello, 

This is just a random example. I wonder if anyone could help me how to remove sharp edges on the art specifically art containing huge letters only, some letters have smooth edges while others look sharp/ with sharp pixels, how can I make all the edges look smooth? Can noise reduction do it or any other tricks?
