Adobe illustrator on M2 pro

Question

hello everyone, i am having issues with illustrator, my laptop is M2 pro,

1- i have paid but it keeps giving me billing issues

2- eyedrop tool was not working properly ( then i shut down the laptop till the next day and while opening illustrator i pressed cmnd shift option to reset preferences and it worked)

3-i attached a picture of the work i have done and it seemed to be saved, when i open the file it has nothing of the work ive done.

any clue? thanks appreciated

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind checking if your subscription is still active (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account.html)? Also, for the files not being saved, would you mind confirming if your work was saved as a Cloud Document or if it was saved in a folder (internal/external/network drive)?
