Adobe Illustrator refuses to open

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a new Adobe license and immediately started working as usual. A few weeks before Illustrator updated to its latest version, every time I opened a file or tried to create a new one from scratch, the program would show a white overlay, freeze, and load indefinitely.

I've missed important deadlines and continue to miss them, having to rely on other solutions or use different computers. I would like help resolving this issue, as I haven't found any solutions through my research. I've tried downloading both the latest and previous versions of the program, but the problem persists.

My PC:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics

Ram 16,0 GB

RX 6750XT Gaming XFX Graphics Card AMD Radeon, 12GB GDDR6, Ray tracing, Fidelity FX - RX-675TMBAF9

Would you mind confirming the version of the OS/Illustrator and whether Illustrator behaves this way on every launch or when used with other applications?Also, try to run Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.Looking forward to hearing from you.
