Adobe Illustrator Shorcuts not working on second screen (Mac OS)

Question

Hi There

I Have a Macbook Pro (Mac OS Big Sur) and a Apple Thunderbolt Display 27" for second screen.
And Illustrator 2021.

When i put Adobe Illustrator on the 27" for work, have a problem :

The basics shorcuts like Space Bar to have the Hand tool, not working
exemple the same with Command and space to have the zoom tool, not working.

Obliged to clic on tool for use it. I'm wasting time.
Is a know problem ? There is a solution ?
