Adobe Illustrator unable to download due to Error Code: 105

Hi, I'm trying to dowload Adobe Illustraor on my iMac (Monterey Version 12.6.2) and it keeps getting to 9-12% and then the error code keeps popping up saying it's unable to install.

I've gone through the links and there is no "caps folder" in the Libary/Application Support/Adobe to be able to give permissions which is what this forum has said:

https://helpx.adobe.com/in_hi/download-install/kb/unable-to-install-error-105.html

I'm tried to repairing creative cloud but that hasnt changed anything. I'm worried if I uninstall creative cloud fully it will uninstall all my programs (photoshop & Lightroom) with all my presets, actions etc which at this time I cannot do as I;m too busy with work to waste time getting the all set up again.

Is there something else I'm missing? I;ve tried downloading older versions as well and still doesnt get past9-12%.

Hello @emmabrus,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try installing Illustrator under a different administrator account (https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/add-a-user-or-group-mchl3e281fc9/mac) and check if it helps.

If the problem persists, we might need to troubleshoot this on a live session. Please head here (https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen) and select the chat button in the lower-right corner of the page. We can help troubleshoot faster that way.
